Pu’er is a variety of fermented tea produced in Yunnan province, China.

As Yunnan Province is in the mountains, fermentation progresses naturally

while carrying it on horses for days to carry it to the accumulation place (Pyeong County).

That was black tea.
So, Pu’er tea is mellow taste as the fermentation period becomes longer.

Pu’er tea tea is said to be most suitable for “diet”

because it has fat burning and absorption suppression health benefits.

How to drew
① Warm up a small teapot with a high degree of sealing and put about 5 g of tea leaves.
② Once tea leaves are put, apply hot water quickly and drain the hot water immediately.
③ Pour boiling water of the amount you want to drink and prepare if the color of your choice.

(If you steam too much, the color gets darker and the taste becomes darker so the first brew is OK in tens of seconds)
