Milk with oolong tea

Milk contains three major nutrients, “protein” “lipid” “carbohydrate” essential for skin preparation.
“Protein” is necessary for making the skin itself.
“lipid” constitutes a cell membrane and gives moisture to the skin.
“Carbohydrate” promotes metabolism and keeps skin healthy.
In addition, milk contains various nutrients such as vitamin A and vitamin B 2, which keep skin healthy too.

Why don’t you drink milk with oolong tea ?

<Ingredients>

・ Milk 100 ml, Oolong tea 3 g, Hot water 300 ml

<How to make>

① Place 100 ml of hot water in a teapot, warm it up, and discard the hot water

② Add 200 ml of Oolong tea and boiling water in a teapot, put on the lid and steam it for 3 to 5 minutes

③ Warm the milk and put it in ②
