Rice porridge with yam and lotus root

When your stomach feels no good or want to relieve constipation, we should eat grated yam.

Yam contains dietary fiber and vitamin B group and will help the function of the liver /spleen. .

<Ingretients>

· Yam 50 g, lotus root 30 g, non glutinous rice 100 g

· 1000 cc of water, a little salt

<How to cook>
