Chestnuts +pine nuts with rice

Chestnut is nutritious food
・ Vitamin B 1, 2, C, potassium, tannin
・Vitamin B1 is a vitamin that promotes carbohydrate metabolism, which is about 8 times higher than that of white rice.
It also contains vitamin B2, which is a nutrient that promotes the metabolism of lipids, about 8 times that of white rice.

<Ingredients>
· 4 chestnuts, 30 g  pine nuts, 3 slices of ginger
· glutinous rice300 g, sweet rice 100 g
· Water 600 ml
<How to cook>
① It is the same as how to cook rice normally. Cook with water, chestnut (peel off), pine nuts, rice by using rice cooker.

② put the ginger in the finely chopped after cooking.

Chestnuts are high in nutritional value so you can reduce the amount of rice.
