<Orinetal medcinal ingredients>

・3 shoso, 3 ginger slices, 80 g rice 
· Salt and Pepper a little (as you like)
· Water 600 ml
<How to cook>
① cut into julienne stripand ginger
② Make rice with rice and water in the pot. Before a porridge is made, put ① and boil for 2-3 minutes to stop the fire and steam
③ Season with salt / pepper with the taste of your choice. shiso and ginger
