We will introduce ” Bitter gourd stuffed with pork meat”.

· Bitter gourd → lowering the heat in the body due to heat in summer

· Pork → moisturizing 

(Ingredients)

· 1 bitter gourd, 150 g minced pork, 2 cm onion, 3 slices of ginger

· Salt, sesame oil, salad oil, water (200 cc) ,potato starch powder

(How to cook)

① Cut the bitter gourd in a round cut at about 1 – 1.5 cm (Please pass the seeds.)

② chopped green onions, ginger

③ Add ②, sprinkle salt (OK for about 1 pinch), put sesame oil (about 1 teaspoon) to minced pork

④ coat ①with potato starch powder (1 teaspoon)  and pack ③

⑤ bake ④ pouring  salad oil (appropriate amount) in a pan

* Please be careful not to burn.

⑥ Add 200 cc of water to ⑤ and simmer slowly with low heat until there is no more water.

 Finished !!!

Summer is hot! ! Sweat well! ! Heart rate rises! ! 

Therefore, lower the heat in the body, supplement hypohydration .
