1. Recommended ingredients

· Celery, bittern melon, cucumber, zucchini, tomato, cabbage, watermelon

” Somen(wheat flour noodles)with Tomato ” for 2~3people

1. Ingredients

· Somen 400 g

· 3 to 4 tomatoes (large)

· Bitter gourd 1/2

· 3 eggs

· 1 teaspoon salt

· 1 tablespoon salad oil or olive oil

2. How to cook

① Tomatoes are 1 cm square in size, bitter gourd are finely cut

② Stir with eggs and salt 2 teaspoons knob

③ Put the salad oil or olive oil in a heated pan, stir fry “soft” and take it out once

④ Season bitter gourd with salt in 1/2 teaspoon, boil for 5 to 6 minutes with boiling water, cool with cold water and drain the water

⑤ Then stir ④ with a pan, then add 2 tomatoes + salt 2 tsp., Stir fry a little and add egg and lightly stir fry

⑥ Boil the somen with plenty of boiling water in the pot (hardness you like), cool it with cold water

⑦ Completion with ⑤ over cold soup
