Flavored ground Japanese white radish with KAGOME vegetable juice

<Materials>

· Kagome 1 can of vegetable juice 

· Radish 300 g, ground pork 80 g, radish leaves a little (as you like)

· 1 ginger (chopped)

· 1/2 tsp salad oil

· 1tsp Sake, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce

· 1 tsp katakuriko, 2 tsp water

 

<How to make>

① Peel off the radish skin and cut it into small pieces

② Put the salad oil in the pot, it will be medium heat,

    stir-fry the ground meat of the pork and, when finely chopped, put the radish

③ When the circumference of the radish comes through,

   add sake, sugar, soy sauce and vegetable juice 

④ Lid after boiling, sometimes mix and simmer

    with low heat until the radish becomes soft

⑤ Melt potato starch with water and put it in ④
