Fried stuff of Konjac is good for diet

We got a question from some customer. 

Q:I have too much appetite and eat too much and gain weight.

   Eventually obesity can not be resolved. Do you have any good meals?

A:We recommend for Fried stuff of Konjac.

It is very famous that Konjac is good  for diet.

 

<Ingredients>

· each 1/2 white &black Konjac, 3 Rakkyo, 3Asparagus ,A few carrots (the amount of your choice), 2cm Green onions,

2 ginger slices

· Salt a little, sesame

·Salad oil

 

<How to make>

① All materials should be shredded

② Konjac, carrots, asparagus will be boiled down

③ Put the salad oil in a pan and stir-fry green onion, ginger and rakkyo

④ Add ② to ③, stir-fry, season with salt and sesame

Done!

*Please not to put too much salt as it is recommended for low sodium.
