Is it good for keeping healthy that we had lunch?

We had chat about our lunch,steak is good for keeping healthy.

①steak:protein

②Broccoli: vitaminC,falic acid

③Carrots: β-Tacarotene

④Potato: vitaminC 

⑤butter: vitamin A

Our lunch is harder to catch a cold because it has a lot of Vitamin.

But,It is fun to talk about oriental medicinal meals while eating, but we could not focus on tasting dishes.
