Let’s have oriental medicinal rice porridge

with dried aducctor muscle and jujube!!

It’s so good for anti-aging and your skin as well.

Yummy !

<Oriental medicinal ingredients> for two people

· 1/2 cup rice

· 1/2 tsp salt

· 1/2 tbsp of salad oil

*1 L water, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 dried aducctor muscle 

   2-3 jujube, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

<How to cook>

① Wash the rice for 30 minutes to absorb water and then drain the water

② Put salt and salad oil in ① and refrigerate

③ Put * in the pot and cook it over medium heat.

    When boiling, add ② and simmer while stirring

④ Once again boil, slightly shift the lid and simmer for 40-50 minutes

⑤ Finally it is finished with sesame oil
