Stir-fry of Bok choy and shurimp

<Oriental medicinal ingredients>
· 2 Bok choy , dried shrimp 50 g, 1 red pepper, 5 sliced ginger slices, 10 cm onion, 2 garlic
· Salt (little bit), 1 tablespoon salad oil, 2 teaspoons potato starch, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon, 100ml water

<How to cook>
① Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces (separate stems and leaves)
② Steamed shrimp, 2 ginger, 5cm green onion, add water and steam it for 1 hour with a steamer
③ Remove the ginger and green onion of ② and throw them away,  take out only dried shrimp

   and let it cool, add potato starch powder to the steamed broth
④ Chop garlic, other ginger and green onion .
⑤ stir-fry the salad oil in a pot and ④, crushed red pepper and shrimp and season with salt
⑥Add ③to ⑤and put sesame oil
Done!

Red pepper , ginger, leek, garlic make your body warm.

Shrimp improves coldness of limbs.

Bok choy promotes blood flow further.
