Sweet potato and chestnut cooked rice

What they call “Sweet potato for diet and improve constipation”.  Right?

You should eat sweet potatoes when you get tired because you’re physically (or emotionally) drained.

And when you have poor appetite.

We show you “Sweet potato and chestnut cooked rice”.

< Oriental medicinal ingredients>

· sweet potatoes 80 g, chestnut (sweet cooked) 80 g, 2 kidney beans

· rice 400g, ginger 3g

· water 600 ml

<How to make>

① Wrinkle rice is soaked in soak in 600 ml of water
