<Ingredients>
· Momentofu 350 g, ground minced pork 100 g, cucumber 1 pcs, green onion 2 cm, 2 thin slices of ginger
· 2 tsp salad oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, a little sesame oil
<How to cook>
① Cut the cotton tofu into 1 cm square and boil in boiling water for about 10 minutes (medium heat) then drain it.
② Cut the cucumber to 1 cm square (even at the corner, I think whether it is okay for easy to eat).
③ You should choice green onion and ginger.
④ Put the soy sauce and ③ into the minced meat of the pot and lay it for a while. OK in about 5 minutes
