<Oriental medicinal ingredients>

<Season lumb>
· 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons red wine
· 2 tablespoons soy sauce
· 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger (both grated)

<How to cook>
① Lightly taunt the lumb, sprinkle salt and pepper
② Take 3 to 4 places with a fork and keep it for 30 minutes to 1 hour as a taste
③ Put the olive oil in a pan and put a baked color on both sides of the lumb
