Why don’t you gift “Cocoa nibs on Valentine’s day?

Cocoa nibs includes lots of nutrients,

“high in fiber, protein and antioxidants”and health benefits.

They are simply a part of the cacao seed, or

bean, that has been harvested, fermented, dried,

cleaned, roasted, cracked, and then removed from the shell.

 

<How to eat>

① in yogurt, cereal, salad 

② in smoothie

③ in cookie or hot cake

④ in hot milk, cocoa, milk tea

⑤ with ice cream

⑥ Put the honey pickled in the cacao nibs  

    to the oriental medicinal dishes or  the oriental medicinal tea etc.
