A mandarin orange steamed bread

<Ingredients>
· 2 oranges, 20 g eggs
· Flour 200 g, sugar 100 g, salt 1 g, baking powder 8 g
<How to make>
① peel off the mandarin oranges and take out 170 ml of squeezed juice
② Cut the leather peel without white part
③ Put the mandarin juice, sugar (or honey) and salt, add eggs and mix
④ Put the flour, baking powder in the bowl, sift twice, add ③ and mandarin peel
⑤ Put a cooking sheet on the 18 cm square frame (paper cup as you like) and add ④ and steam it for 20 minutes with a steamer
